DI: Can you tell us more about your company / design studio?
TY : Founded by a film designer Tom and a costume jewelry artist Asuka, AT Creations creates outstanding ArtWork pieces for clients across the commercial, community, fashion, cultural and music industries. They collaborate with musicians, illustrators, art directors, and other craftspeople to deliver unique, charming, and entertaining stories. Their experience spans live-action film with a specialization in computer graphic, 3D visualization, animation, visual effects, video, audio, composing, photography, post-production, graphic design, contemporary art, and design fashion related. They are passionate about great ideas underpinned by strong craftsmanship. Their attention to detail means they go beyond expectations to deliver the best possible outcome on each and every project.
DI: What kinds of works do you like designing most?
TY : Computer graphic, 3D visualization, animation, visual effects, video, audio, composing, photography, post-production, graphic design, contemporary art, and design fashion related.
DI: What was the first thing you designed for a company?
TY : Logo design.
DI: Where do you live? Do you feel the cultural heritage of your country affects your designs? What are the pros and cons during designing as a result of living in your country?
TY : We live in California, USA. We feel the cultural heritage of both this country we currently live and our country we grew up affect our design. The pros during designing as a result of living in this country is to interact with various people from other thoughts and cultures and get a deeper understanding of intercultural communication and ideas.
